Shri Jayantbhai Mehta better known as Jethabhai, was architect of the D.C. Mehta Family. Pioneer in his works, actions and thoughts, he led the elevation of the family from humble to a very respectable level in the society.
Starting from a very modest background, he first established his name in the textile business. People still recognize and remember his sales skills and his persuasive power even after 25 years of diversifying from that business.
After learning basics from a friends’ construction project, he ventured to start his own group of real estate companies under the “MADHUVAN” brand. He led many projects alone and in partnerships in Mulund, Ghatkopar & Thane. His motto was best quality work in the committed time. Helping innumerable people on his way, boosting them both morally and financially to buy homes at the right time and in the right place, earned him a lot of followers and respect in the society.
He earned admiration not only in the professional front but also was a reckoning force in the social circles. He led the creation of “Mulund Tambe Nagar Jain Sthanakvasi Upashray” with minimum funds but micromanaging them to eventually build something which is pleasant accommodation for many Jain Sadhus and Sadhvis. He Served there as “Pramukh” for many years and was “Trustee” during his last days. He was a staunch follower of "Shrimad Krupalu Dev" and his writings which guide you to understand your true soul and purpose.
